Area parks to host outdoor films

The atmosphere is set to be spooky next month in two Mon Valley-based parks.

In celebration of the Halloween season, Allegheny County is inviting residents to enjoy a free “Fall Family Fun Night at the Movies” at Round Hill Park in Elizabeth Township and at White Oak Park.

Events will get under way at 6 p.m. with the movies starting after sunset. Admission is free.
