Greyhounds hold on for first section win over Bucs

The Monessen boys soccer team held on for a 3-2 victory over Chartiers-Houston in Section 4-A play Thursday afternoon at Monessen High School.
Despite a late goal by the Buccaneers, the Greyhounds (2-1-2, 1-1-1) were able to hold them off the scoreboard for the last five minutes of the contest to preserve the victory.
