Members of a Fallowfield Township family already facing charges of selling drugs to confidential informants have been charged again.
Last month, Donald Franks, 49, Melissa Franks, 43, and their son, Jobe Franks, 23, all of Woodward Avenue, were accused of drug law violations by state police.
On Wednesday, Donald and Jobe Franks were each charged in two new drug cases.
According to Trooper Jeffrey Tihey of the state police barracks in Washington, a confidential informant arranged to buy heroin from Donald Franks on Tri-County Lane in Rostraver May 8.
The affidavit states that Jobe Franks rode with his father to the alleged drug deal, and was the one who completed the hand-to-hand transaction with the informant.
