Zelich’s game decision backed

Charleroi Area Superintendent Dr. Zelich said he will continue to take the heat for a decision to cancel Friday’s season-opening football game with Monessen. But none of that heat will come from the district’s school board.

School Board President Ken Wiltz opened Tuesday’s business meeting by backing up Zelich’s decision.
