Charleroi drug case suspect appears in court

A Duquesne man charged with drug and firearm violations, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Thursday on a new set of illegal drug charges stemming from his arrest earlier this month in Charleroi.

Devon Johnson-Brown, 28, of Catherine Street was arrested Aug. 3 on charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, intent to possess a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
