Judge sets value on Municipal Complex

A Westmoreland County judge issued an order Friday that officially ends the tax assessment debate over the former Monessen Municipal Complex.

Judge Anthony G. Marsili has ruled the property’s 2018-19 fair market value is $435,000 — just $10,000 more than its latest sale price.
