Vulcans’ Sancomb hires Bridgeman as assistant

CALIFORNIA – A former player and graduate assistant coach within the region, Steven Bridgeman was announced as an assistant coach for the Cal U men’s basketball program Monday morning.

Bridgeman spent the last two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at Wheeling Jesuit following a one-year stint as an assistant coach at Goshen (Ind.), an NAIA program. He played one season at Ohio Dominican before transferring to Wheeling Jesuit for his final three years and playing under current Vulcans coach Danny Sancomb.
