Man with drug charges arrested again in Charleroi

A Duquense man scheduled for a hearing Wednesday in Washington County court on drug and firearm charges was arrested over the weekend in Charleroi for a new set of drug law violations.

Devon Johnson-Brown, 28, of Catherine Street, was arrested Friday on charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, intent to possess a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
