Forward Twp. operating without roadmaster

Forward Township residents received updates Monday on a handful of township roads that remained closed or damaged from landslides — and learned they have been without a roadmaster since January. According to PennDOT District 11’s most recent update, which was released Saturday, Church Hollow Road (Route 2003) between Raccoon Run Road and Elkhorn Road and Ella Hollow Road (Route 2013) between Guffey Road and Rainbow Run Road in Forward Township are both closed.
