Local business in finals of pierogi contest

A Charleroi small business is in the running to prove it has the best pierogis in southwestern Pennsylvania. Celebrations by Janet Rands, operated by Tiffany Rands, has been knocking out top contenders in Pittsburgh Today Live’s Pierogi Bracket contest over the past few weeks.
