Heavy rain and storms swept through the region Tuesday, leaving several Mon Valley communities flooded, and the wet weather is far from over. That comes on top of an earlier flash flood warning, which was extended several times, for all of Allegheny County and northeastern Washington County. That warning is in effect until 8:15 a.m. today for Allegheny County.
