Monongahela businesses say they’re not closing

Two Monongahela business have recently had to address rumors that they are closing. Chloe & Me Candles operates a brick-and-mortar shop along West Main Street where handmade lotions, candles, wax melts, bath bombs and dozens of other fragrant self-care products can be purchased.
