LERTA may help fill up Alta Vista

A new tax abatement program could help see the development at Alta Vista Business Park in Fallowfield Township finally reach the finish line. On Wednesday, township supervisors decided to grant contingent approval to a resolution that if also approved by the Charleroi Area School District next month, will help ensure continued growth and expansion at the business park, which is nearly fully occupied.
