Dr. Stacey scholarship available

When Mr. Donora — Dr. Charles Stacey — passed away nearly two years at age 90, he was still an active member of the Donora Public Library Board, even as his health declined. “Everyone in town knew him. Everyone was taught by him or went to church with him or served on any number of committees with him,” Donora Public Library Director Mark G. Bizzell Boyer said after Stacey’s death. “The whole borough owes him so much and they’re really going to miss him. Anyone who knew him is grateful.”
