Judith L. Portman – Waynesburg, Pa.
Judith L. Portman, 80 of Waynesburg, Pa., passed away Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2024, in WVU’s J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born June 24, 1943, in Charleroi, daughter of James Pendo and Edna Bloom Pendo. She is survived by her daughter, Alice Newman and husband Greg; son, Merle Farquhar and wife Carol, son, Christopher Portman; brother, James Pendo; brother, Frank Pendo; brother, George Koval; and sister, Diana Eisel. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David R Portman, in 1992; daughter, Margaret Hillman; sister, Donna Brandt, Patricia Koval; and brother, Kevin Koval.
