Region needs foster parents to provide safe, loving homes

A U.S. Army veteran orphaned at 11 more than three decades ago, Matt Bradley knows how important it is for older children to come of age in an accepting, stable and supportive family environment. The 46-year-old social service worker opens his McKeesport home and heart to young people who need a family, like he did 35 years ago when his mother and grandmother died within three months of each other.
