Win puts Hounds in playoffs

Monessen secured a playoff spot out of the Tri-County South Conference with a 36-16 win over Beth-Center Friday night. Tavian Taylor and TyVaughn Kershaw each ran for more than 100 yards and two touchdowns. Taylor led the way with 10 carries for 120 yards, while TyVaughn Kershaw finished with 18 carries for 107 yards.
