Valley resident opens California fitness studio

Tori Shuckhart opened her new California-based business FloCal Fitness Studio Sunday afternoon, billing it as a yoga studio for people of any size looking to exercise in a relaxing, beach-themed atmosphere. The business, located at 217 Wood St., celebrated its grand opening by offering a few free introductory yoga classes. Individual classes and plans can be purchased on its website, flocalfitness.com. PennWest California students and employees can take advantage of specially priced plans for classes during the fall semester.
