McKeesport’s Kane Center holding annual Fun Walk

The 12th annual Joan Burns Fun Walk 4 Kane will be held today at the Kane Community Living Center to raise money for resident outings and activities. “It is a nice walk,” said co-founder of the McKeesport Kane Family council Janet Kulis. “The residents of McKeesport Kane really enjoy it. As a matter of fact, they love the walk because it’s an opportunity for them to meet new people and make new friends. The residents are in a nursing home, so any time they get a chance to do something different, it makes them happy.”
