August heats up with Fun Fest

The Westmoreland County Bureau of Parks and Recreation hosted the annual August Fun Fest at Cedar Creek Park Sunday, bringing together a large crowd for a day of rides for kids, vendors, a car show, live music and more. “On a normal day you get hundreds of people, but you can get thousands of people today who may have never been to the park before,” said event organizer and county Parks Coordinator Chris Panichella.
