Local Battlers looking for new homes

For months, rumors of Alderson Broaddus’ demise were going around the small Baptist university’s Phillippi, W.Va. campus. On Monday, those rumors turned out to be true as West Virginia’s Higher Education Policy commission revoked the university’s ability to award degrees, which will lead to a closure of the facility.
