Getting ready for the Saints Joachim & Anne Parish festival

Kara Duval, 11, Hannah Ponchak, 12, both of Liberty Borough, Maleena Billingsley, 12, of Port Vue, Sarah Pacewicz, 11, and Aubrey Ponchak, 14, both of Liberty Borough, set up their own vending booth on Scene Ridge Road in Liberty Borough, near Saints Joachim and Anne Parish, Wednesday afternoon where they sold homemade lemonade and customized wrist bracelets to raise money to pay for rides and play games at the annual Saints Joachim and Anne Parish Festival. The festival kicks off at 6 p.m. today until 11 p.m. and continues from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.
