Minister offers ‘Hope and a Hot Dog’ in McKeesport

Linda Cubakovic, a soft spoken 63-year-old street minister affectionately known in McKeesport as “the hot dog lady,” spends most Wednesday afternoons on Fifth Avenue with a band of volunteers dispensing comfort and prayer with a free lunch.
