Locals, MVISBL alums named All-State

Four local high school boys basketball players and a total of seven alumni of the Mon Valley Independent Summer Basketball League were named to the Pa. All-State basketball teams Wednesday. Leading the way was South Allegheny’s Bryce Epps. Epps, who was named the MVI Super 6 Player of the Year, was named to the Class 4A second team.
