State, federal representatives are officially sworn into office

Pennsylvania, Allegheny County and Mon Valley politics were a hot topic around the nation Tuesday as it was Swearing-In Day in Harrisburg and in Washington, D.C. Amid questions and arguments throughout the day about who would hold partisan control of the state House, lawmakers took their oaths of office Tuesday afternoon in Pennsylvania’s capital.
