Elco Hill safety issues addressed after violent crash

PennDOT said it is taking steps to make safety improvements at an intersection in the 5-Town area. An accident Monday evening in the Elco Hill section of Long Branch was responded to by firefighters from Roscoe and Stockdale, a crew from Rostraver-West Newton EMS and state police. The two-vehicle crash took place at the intersection of Dally Road and the Mon Fayette Expressway, which is a common spot for accidents, according to two local first responders.
