Carroll Township addresses condition of several streets

Carroll Township supervisors are working to address “a mess” left behind by PennDOT on Taylor Run Road. During Tuesday’s meeting, supervisors Thomas Rapp, Gary Lenzi and Kenneth Hillman informed residents that they are working with PennDOT to clean up Taylor Run Road and a handful of others after the state resurfaced the roadways with a fresh coat of tar and chip, which is leaving behind dust and loose gravel.
