Washington Township: DEP investigating reports of mine subsidence damage

The state Department of Environmental Protection is looking into possible mine subsidence causing property damage in Washington Township. Lauren Fraley, spokeswoman for the DEP’s Southwestern Pennsylvania division, said they responded Monday after receiving a report of possible mine subsidence in the area of Grace and Perry avenues.
