The former Valley Independent building has only continued to collapse since it first began to fall Sunday.
Mayor Ron Mozer said Wednesday afternoon the roof has completely fallen into the basement, one wall has totally caved in and it’s only going to get worse if rain continues to be in the forecast. “The building is disintegrating day to day,” Mozer said. K2 Engineering is writing up condemnation orders for the building that will be served to the owner soon, Mozer said.
