Mon River Fleet Lions distribute donations

The Mon River Fleet Lions club operates on a mission of providing to the communities it serves by having an impact on the health and wellbeing of area residents. On Thursday, the club gathered in The Valor Room at White Oak American Legion to award its annual grants, donations and other financial distributions and to swear in club leaders for the 2022-23 fiscal year. Through its annual distribution, the club gives money it raises to a number of organizations and efforts in the Mon Yough Valley and within Lions Club Districts 14-B and 14-E in Allegheny and Westmoreland counties.
