Rostraver Township still considering well pad request

It will most likely be February before the Rostraver Township Commissioners consider plans by Olympus Energy to install a well-pad site off of Route 51. The company Wednesday made its second presentation on the proposal, addressing some concerns that were raised by Mackin Engineering, which handles highway occupancy permits for the township.
