Forward Township seeks more Community Days volunteers

A plea to the community to save Forward Township Community Days was successful, but organizers are still searching for more helping hands.
A township tradition and one of the best attended summer events in the Mon Valley, Community Days is set for Aug. 17-18. While official details have not been released, organizers are confident that this year will be better than ever.
To make sure of that, they are searching for about a dozen more people to help during the event.
Community Days started seven years ago and is organized by Supervisor Ron Skrinjorich and his wife Sue, with help from members of the community.
