Grebb girls tip off tonight

The girls division of the J. Budd Grebb Memorial Summer Basketball League kicks off its seventh season tonight at the Mechanic Street Playground in California.

The season begins with a tripleheader starting at 7 p.m.

Dax Thomas State Farm will take on Lee Supply in the season’s first contest.

A rematch of last year’s championship game will take place in the 8 p.m. matchup as Belle Vernon Dairy Queen battles the defending champions from AMD Industries.

Edward Jones and Cedarbrook will go head to head in the finale of the tripleheader at 9 p.m.

The one constant surrounding the league each year is the same: Change.
