Frazier ‘moving on’ after surviving early errors

At this point in the season, Frazier softball coach Don Hartman isn’t worried much about style points.
“We have a couple new players in our lineup and any time you win (in the playoffs), you move on,” he said. “We’re moving on.”
The Commodores didn’t play a perfect game, but they played well enough to cruise to an 8-2 triumph over Apollo-Ridge in a WPIAL Class 2A first-round playoff game Wednesday at Latrobe High School.
Frazier (15-3) overcame three errors by pounding out nine hits and relying on the right arm of pitcher Logan Hartman. The junior tossed a four-hitter that included 14 strikeouts.
