Peters, Feld combine for shutout in Rams’ lopsided win

Josh Peters and Kevin Feld combined to toss a one-hitter in Ringgold’s 9-0 Section 3-4A victory over Uniontown Wednesday afternoon.
Peters picked up the win, allowing one hit in five shutout innings. He walked three and struck out four. Feld closed out the game, tossing two hitless frames and striking out one.
The Rams (6-3, 5-1) were led offensively by Koby Bubash and Bobby Boyer. They each had two doubles and three RBIs in the win. Dylan Wujcik added a double and drove in a run while Nick Kolano and Sam Daerr added RBIs.
Nolan Sennett picked up the loss for Uniontown (2-5, 2-4), allowing five earned runs in 1 1/3 inning.
