Trial set for Rostraver man on DUI charges

A Rostraver Township man accused of causing an accident while driving drunk that injured a child was ordered to stand trial.
Anzalone Jones, 62, of Kings Way appeared Friday in Monessen’s Magisterial District Court.
He waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, DUI – first offense and failure to obey traffic control devices.
Jones was charged following a two-vehicle accident around 10 a.m. Nov. 12 at the intersection of state routes 201 and 3013, an affidavit of probable cause states.
