Andrews’ 26 points help Eagles keep pace in 2-2A

Points have come in short supply for Section 2-2A teams facing the Ellis School girls basketball team this season.
The Tigers, who are allowing a little more than 30 points per game this season, held teams to less than 50 points in each of their first eight section games.
That was until they entered the gymnasium at Serra Catholic High School Monday night.
Battling to keep their section title hopes alive, the Eagles used an impressive offensive effort to claim a 71-62 victory over Ellis School and keep pace with Brentwood near the top of the section standings.
