Barrett, Francis set to lead young Vulcans

The smile was evident as Seairra Barrett rose off the bench hearing her named called as a member of the California University women’s basketball team starting lineup on Saturday.
She was back.
Smiling from ear to ear before, during and after the game, Barrett’s return was something the Vulcans needed. Not just because of the player she is, but the leader she is.
